We called you on Friday and I was going to provide the truck drivers information that was going to be loading the car the following week on Monday - Tuesday as AGREED. This phone call and text was around 1 - 2 PM ET. You demanded us to have that information by 12 noon. I just want to let you know this is transportation industry and sometimes your driver even gets assigned 24 hours before the actual pick up date. In this case you just decided to cancel your order due to your EGO. The driver was assigned and ready to load on the days you requested. If you didn't put the trust on us as you should by all mean there is not much we can do.
