After five days of trying to reach someone at the company to confirm order, we tried every phone extension available on phone options for the company. Each department's mailbox was full except sales. We would leave messages attempting to get call back and never received call back. They requested $300 deposit through paypal. After they did not show up for vehicle pick up and wouldn't return any of our calls or direct emails, we had to open a dispute with paypal. Then all of a sudden we get a phone call from Joel that he was upset we disputed the paypal payment. We confirmed with him that once the vehicle is picked up, we would reverse the dispute and issue paypal payment immediately. He stated he'd look into a driver and hung up on us. We would attempt to contact him over 10 times throughout the day with no contact. The company website is errored online and can't be accessed. A final call to Joel had his number disconnected. This was a horrible experience. A total scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE OUT YOUR $$ AND YOUR TIME. ONLY TO HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER CARRIER FOR MORE THAN THEIR QUOTE THAT THEY COULDN'T DELIVER ON!
