Prior to customer submitting contract and credit card information, dispatcher already had a truck lined up for transport. Once contract was received order was dispatched immediately and deposit was charged to card. However, some days later the dispatcher noticed that Mr. sheffers load was posted once again on the load board with another company. Mr. sheffer had double booked however we considered the benefit of the doubt that he will still be continuing with our company. Shortly after realizing eric had booked with another company eric began calling non-stop at all hours with issues that never portrayed to his order. (This is all before his first available pick up date). We still kept his order as we had already dispatched it to a driver. Then Eric began calling one of our employess CELL phones and harrasing his with racial slurs towards his hispanic background. At this point the agent no longer was assigned to his order and the order was then assigned to the manager. When speaking to Eric he no longer wanted to proceed with our company because of "bad customer service" however we believe it was because of him booking with another company. We tried to keep eric with the company because it was still before his first available pick up date. However he still cancelled and proceeded with the other company. He cancelled before his first available pick up date and also booked with another company. He breached our contract. As well as harrased an employee with racial slurs.
