Even though the exact pick up and delivery times were a bit nebulous throughout the whole process, I would still use Pacific Lines Logistics again because Joel was knowledgeable about how car carrier companies worked and saved me a lot of money in shipping. He earned my business not by being a pushy salesman but by being persistent and offering valuable advice.
