These losers overloaded the rig (based on $$ value vs the insured value) - the rig caught on fire, burned to the ground, taking my car, and all the others. They pulled a bait and switch on the insurance, claiming the carrier was someone other than who we contracted with and that carrier didn't have enough coverage.
All of the car owners were forced to file claims on THEIR OWN INSURANCE in order to get paid. What a deal for the transport company. Now it's a giant insurance battle and legal issue.
These guys are shady and should not be allowed to transport. They failed to keep the rig safely maintained. For this, all they lost was the rig. All the other guys lost cars worth close to 750k.
