I'm a private individual that ships vehicles from time to time. Pacific Auto Delivery was engaged by my regular primary carrier when he could not take the load. I have been cautioned by several friends about some of the carriers serving the Pacific Northwest, based on their personal nightmares of rudeness, missed delivery commitments and poor equipment.
Paul picked up the car and kept me updated in route, including calling with his ETA and then calling me 60 minutes prior to delivery.
If my primary carrier is not available next time, I won't hesitate to use Pacific Auto Delivery. They did a good job.
