With the service I receive by utilizing PDQ Transport Services, i just had no choice but to write a review on their behalf. Originally I secured services with Global Express 7 days before I was to leave town, in the process I was cleaning my home after my household goods has been ship and ensuring I had no business left incomplete such as servicing my vehicle that i was driving. The day came for my vehicle to be shipped and that evening the Driver called to say his truck had broken down and he would not be picking up my vehicle, I attempted to call Global Express and got no answer. I sent an immediate e-mail then began to call repeatedly but still got no answer, when i finally got someone at Global Express the young lady was quite snappy and bothered that i had even called, since the incident rubbed me the wrong way and i was not off schedule and would be leaving the area later than planned, i decided to look around to see if someone could pickup my vehicle immediately so i could get on the road. Later that night about 10 p.m. i called Bruce at PDQ and explained to him my dire situation, his concern and knowledge actually made me more at ease so I drove to Kinko's while he was on the phone and we secured a contract that night and he assured me he would be in touch with me throughout the process and my car would be picked up the next day. The next morning I was awakened by a early phone call from Bruce notifying me of my car being picked up that evening, true to his word, he worked throughout the night and my car was picked up and delivered as scheduled. I can tell you that PDQ, Bruce, and the Driver all came through in a critical moment for me and their professionalism leaves no doubt that they are in the business for all the right reasons and will ensure their customers are completely satisfied.
