I have to say Bruce was a huge help during this process. he was very flexible accomodating and prompt for every request i made. First i asked to postpone my ship date by a week 2 days before the actual shipping and he did it in 15 mins. then when the car was supposed to be picked up on Thursday the driver didnt show up saying he is running late. Thurs evening he called and said his truck is in repair and he wont come in fri-sat or sun!!!!!! this was a bit ridiculos for me coz i was leaving sat. So i called Bruce 6pm on a Thurs and he immediately in 15 mins got me another driver who picked up my car Friday evening and delivered it Sunday night.
I would give 5 and even more stars to Bruce and PDQ for their handling of my requests and helping me out amazingly when in trouble. Thanks a ton.
