WE Are very sorry for the way this transport turned out and will not be using that truck company again. Yes we are brokers as are 95% of the companies listed on transport reviews. When things went wrong for this customer we were there working for him all weekend. We answered all his phone calls and did our best to make this situation right.He was also given my personal cell number if there was a problem after we were closed at 11pm. Unfortunatly we could not make the truck driver understand that certified funds are a bank check not cash. We are always available and are here to work on our customers behalf 7 days a week until 11pm est. If something goes wrong we do not hide from your call or our responsability.
