PDQ is honest and holds the line on their quote. PDQ gave us a price quote to transport two cars. Unknownst to us, the transporter driver had contracrted for more money than we arranged with PDQ. For a moment, it was akward because we were seemingly payng the driver more than the quote. I called PDQ. PDQ had already arranged to accept a lower admin fee for the transport so that they could retain their original quote for two cars arranged a the pickup. The driver received his full fee, but PDQ took a lower admin fee, and I paid the original quote. PDQ prided themselves in holding the original quote despite any fee increases by the driver. Steve Powell was the driver; he's a genuine worker-bee from old America. He knows exactly what he's doing, he's diligent, he's a man of his word, and I felt good paying him. Cars arrived at destination with everything still inside and all was good. PDQ and Steve are a team I'd ask for again.
