MS STERLING ORDERED SHIPPING FOR AN S10 PICKUP WHICH IS A SMALL PICKUP. WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED HE WAS CONFRONTED WITH A C10 WHICH IS A CONSIDERABLY LARGER TRUCK THAN WHAT WAS CONTRACTED. THE DRIVER HAD TO UNLOAD AND REDISTRIBUTE HIS ENTIRE TRUCK TO BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THIS VEHICLE. IT WAS ORIGINALY SCHEDULED AS LAST ON FIRST OFF BUT NOW HAD TO BE MOVED TO LAST OFF. OF COURSE THE LARGER TRUCK IS ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP AND PDQ AUTO MOVERS INCREASED THE PRICE TO THE TRUCK WITHOUT RAISING THE PRICE TO MS STERLING SIMPLY BECAUSE WE ARE NICE AND CUSTOMER PLEASING FOOLS!!!! ANY HOW MS. STERLING CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THE DELIVERY BEING LATE WE CALLED THE TRUCKER AND THEN RELAYED THE ETA TO HER OF MONDAY EVENING TUESDAY MORNING. MONDAY EVENING SHE CALLED AGAIN..WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE TRUCK BUT THIS TIME WITH NO ANSWER. TUESDAY HER VEHICLE IS DELIVERD NOW SHE IS UPSET WITH US FOR LATE DELIVERY. HOW IS ANY OF THIS OUR FAULT WHEN MS. STERLING MISREPRESENTED HER VEHICLE SIZE (WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR NOT)? ALL WE'VE DONE IS TRY TO MAKE IT ALL FLOW SMOOTHLY. PLEASE ALWAYS BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. THE DRIVERS ARRANGE THEIR TRUCKS AND PICKUPS AND DROPOFFS IN A CERTAIN ORDER AHEAD OF TIME FOR A REASON!!
