Bruce Augusto was great.

My first experience of shipping the car to LA was terrible - after the contract was signed the broker was NEVER available for any phone call, e-mail inquiry - nothing. It was like he dropped off the face of the earth and his co-worker tried to assist.

Bruce was ALWAYS available - if I called or sent an e-mail he PROMPTLY answered the phone or returned my phone call.

I would recommend without ANY reservation to work with Bruce - he knew his job and he did it well.
