for a first time experience it could not have been better with both the broker and transporter (Pacific West Express).
Never knew so many would respond to a request for a quote. Settled on PDI because Gary sounded knowledgeable and honest. His price was within the realm of most others that provided shipping cost estimates. The main thing I liked was the changes being applied after steps were taken by the service provider to make the transport happen. No deposit for anything. Billing after the fact.
