First time ever having a vehicle shipped. Missy took time to explain the process and some of the things I should look for or ask as I was making a choice on shipping. The quote given was very competitive, one of the least expensive of all the quotes. This was a delivery for a vehicle purchased online from chicago il, transport to omaha, ne, so not the longest of transports. Finalized the payment for the vehicle and called Missy to arrange transport on a tuesday afternoon. Vehicle was picked up that same evening, and a the vehicle was delivered to my home the next morning. I don't know how much better you can get, reasonable cost, same day pick-up, and next day delivery. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the quickness of service and the smoothness of the whole operation.
