OUTSTANDING Customer Service

I contacted PDQ on the day that my vehicles were scheduled to be picked up by a carrier dispatched by ANOTHER auto transporter. I had become very anxious b/c I had been told by the broker that the carrier would be contacting me within 24 hours of the pick up and I had not heard anything from them. After several failed attempts trying to contact the broker via phone and email, I begin searching for a company that could pick my vehicles up within 1 - 3 days. After speaking to several other companies, I called Missy @ PDQ and explained my situation. She kindly researched my transport request by checking her resources and asking relevant questions. She was able to provide me with the telephone number of the carrier who was scheduled to pick up my autos, even though her company was not handling my transaction. She did not even attempt to discuss obtaining my business. She advised me to contact the carrier first and to call her if I had no success. I was able to reach the carrier, who placed my in direct contact with the driver. The driver assured my that my vehicles would be picked up within 24 hours. Of course, I called Missy back to thank her for her assistance.
I realize that this site is for posting reviews for companies that transact your transport AFTER the service is complete. BUT I am so pleased with the customer service I received from Missy that I felt compelled to submit this review. Even if the driver does not arrive on time, I feel that Missy went above and beyond to assist me. My only regret is that I did not contact PDQ initially to transport my vehicles. I would absolutely recommend PDQ to anyone looking for auto transport services.
