I decided to ship an older vehicle to my son in Missouri. After requesting quotes online I was contacted by PDQ Auto Movers as well as many others. PDQ was up front and gave me all the information I needed to decide to actually ship the car to my son.
PDQ was able to setup a pickup the next day, even though that was a Sunday, and the truck driver contacted me just as I had been told he would.
Promptness, politeness, good personality and a lack of pressure were the things I remember from my conversation with Bruce during our first conversation.
PDQ also did follow up calls after the car was picked up, and even after the car was delivered, to make sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns.
