Poor customer service on both the transportation side and company owner. I received my car with outer tie rod end damage which the truck driver used to hold down the car during transport. When I contacted the owner to inform him he was very negative and unsupportive of what occurred. The only excuse he had to give me was that he has been in business for years and that his transport companies do not use suspension to tie down the cars. In this case they did. I also contacted his insurance which his deductible is 1k and I had the car fixed out of pocket for 350.00. The agent Paul has repeatedly told me that he has contacted the owner to give me a call and has still to do so. Do not use this company!!!
