DO NOT USE ORBIT AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!!!!
I would never use this company again or ever recommend them to anyone else. I was disrespected and lied to multiple times. Unlike the other review I DID NOT get a $100 discount for the horrible service. From the very beginning there were problems. The pickup was 3 days late!!! The driver that finally picked up was a nice guy but unfortunately he was not the one who drove my car across the country. I was told that it would take 7 days total but it took 15 days! What was extremely frustrating was that NO ONE EVER PICKS UP when you call the office! What kind of business are they running? I called Vic 6 times before he picked up. When he finally picked up I was told, by him, that no it would take 7-10 days even though I was told 7 in the beginning. But it took 15 days without any phone call to notify me of delays! I was the one who kept calling and calling and calling. I was also promised a phone call 24 hours prior to arrival as well as a call 1 hour prior to...I got a call 2 minutes prior to arrival!!! 2 MINUTES!!! When he called he said..."I am outside, bring the check" (He was not outside yet btw). No wonder they have delays...maybe they should be respectful to there customers and give them a heads up to be at the pickup location. This company completely disrespected me and I never even got an apology or discount. To top it off my car was filthy inside and outside on arrival. The driver had gotten dirt all over the carpet and grease on the inside of the driver door. I want someone at this company to contact me and I want some kind of partial refund. It is absolutely the least they can do!!!
