Be careful, this company is a SPAM!
They charged me US$2600, pushing me to pay ASAP so they could put my car in "the last available spot in their truck, which can carry 9 cars in total". After I paid the $, they used all kinds of excuse to delay the pick up... After one month later than the pick up date, so far I haven't even got a confirmed pick up date from them yet! At the cost of trusting this company, I'm renting a car in US everyday, and my car is still sitting in Toronto Canada, paying high parking fee.
