UNRELIABLE!!! Don't know how a business can run like this

What can I say... Live and learn!

If I hadn't waited so long for the 3 day pickup (ended up being 16 days) I probably would have cancelled and went with a proper carrier and not just a broker. I then had the driver contacting me for money. Threatening to leave with my truck saying that Onsite hadn't paid him and that he couldn't get a hold of them (I experienced this throughout my month long nightmare, with there incompetence). Never giving communication unless I had left multiple messages. And in the end, when the final carrier got my vehicle (3 weeks in) I never heard from Onsite again... even after leaving messages. It baffles me to understand how a company can survive like this. Probably from the BS reviews I read on this site before I booked with them. Never again. I will say that the final carrier I had, Turbo Auto Transport was a dream. I will recommend them to all I talk to.
