After receiving our quote, we were promised a pick-up would be within one week. We gave them $175 upfront, and signed their online contract. The first day, we were told that they scheduled a pickup for the following day and would call later to give us a four hour window in which to expect their call. We never heard from them. After several phone calls, we finally reached Carlos, who put us on the phone with Dave. Dave told me he had a driver to move our vehicle, and put me on hold for several minutes while he "scheduled" the supposed pick up. He got back on the phone stating he had some bad news, and that our E150 was too large for the driver. When I explained to him that we didn't have an E150, he claimed it was our fault that we had told them that's what we had for our original quote, but that he would immediately call the driver back and pickup would be as discussed originally. After not hearing back from Dave for several hours, we returned his call to ask him about the supposed pickup, which he then claimed wasn't going to happen, because he couldn't reach the driver. Several more days of the same BS went down with this company. No pickup. No date. Shady characters. Hard if not impossible to reach a "real" person when calling. We've now canceled their services. We are told we will receive our deposit of $175 back through the mail. Doubt that will happen, so we've contacted our bank claiming fraud on this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
