If you would like professional, reliable service that will give you good piece of mind, I would recommend using Olde Towne Logistics. My son was visiting Louisiana and had a collision. I was frantic with worry about him and how I was going to get his vehicle back to Texas. I was contacted by Chris Birol, who was completely professional and put my mind at ease. He started the conversation by explaining the ends and outs of the process, gave me tips on what I should look for from a broker (overall pricing and down payment info) and never once was he pushy or insistent about retaining my business. He acted more like an advisor and allowed me to make the decision on my own to use his services and I'm so glad that I did! I spoke to Chris on a Saturday and he was able to arrange a pick for the vehicle on Thursday with delivery on Friday. The vehicle was picked up by Cesar from Big Easy Logistics on time and delivered as promised. Cesar stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Chris also called me once delivery was confirmed by the driver. I hope I never have to go through this experience again, but if I do, I would definitely use Olde Town Logistics again.
