We are in the process of making sure that we develop a new script to make more clear and explicit our terms and conditions. We tell our customers that if they need to cancel to do so before we dispatch a driver to pick up their car. It costs the drivers a lot of money in gas to go pick up a car on a canceled order. Florida to North Carolina is a route we get moved frequently and very easily. We got him a driver and he sent us an email afterwards stating this:
I send you a cancellation e-mail and you mother f**kers hammer my credit card anyway??!!
I'm glad I cancelled with you. You're a f**kin' bunch of frauds.
You'll never get paid as the charge is disputed so f**k off!!
