Horrific experience. They promise to drop your car off with doorr to door service but who knows when the drop of will actually occur. They keep my car for a week longer than promised. The worst part was that it turns out the car had been sitting in a warehouse for multiple days. I expressed the urgency of needing my car so I can start a new job, but the staff wasn't helpful or understanding in the least. In fact, they belittled me and threatened me. I eventually had to rent a car to start my new job (spending additional money) and pick up my car from the warehouse myself! There is a reason the service is less expensive than the others. DO NOT HIRE.
