My family and I had car problems returning from vacation and our Jeep died in Raleigh, NC, 3.5 hours from our home outside Charlotte. We had to rent a car to get home. I looked at many different quotes and companies, including towing myself, to determine the best way to get my dead Jeep home so I could decide what to do. Official's quote was not much more than the cost of fuel and a trailer to move it myself. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, pleasant and professional. The driver (with Stewart Transport) picked my car up mere hours after I finalized with Official, was very communicative through the process and dropped it off the next day. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the companies and the entire process. Thanks guys!
