After fighting with our insurance carriers roadside assistance, trying to find a place to have broken down auto towed to and looking thru hundreds of companies to hire to bring the car home, I got lucky and stumbled across Official Auto Transport. I spoke with Marshall on Sunday. He was fantastic to work with. They subbed out the pickup, which was cool. Subcontractor picked the car up Monday evening, and we had it home before 9am Tuesday morning. Driver struggled to get car on the carrier as the wheels were turned, steering was locked and keys were in Cinti, but he got it up there and brought her home. I expected to be charged more because of the hassle of loading, but I was not. This company had the lowest price to move the car the 101 miles home. They were professional, caring, understanding and came thru for us! I can't thank them enough for their service. I have read a lot of reviews on this company, negative & positive, and I have to add that you get what you give. I explained our situation to Marshall, he was very understanding and went out of his way to assist us! I pray I am never in this situation again, that I need to have a broken down car hauled home, but believe me...Official Auto Transport is engraved in my brain and I would use them again and again.
