We spoke with Welden and Miss Baltimore extensively throughout this move. We worked very hard on this order and in the end our driver didn't do what he was supposed to do. We apologize for the way this move went. This never happens and honestly was the first of its occurrence. Mr. Howard has received back his deposit and that driver was fired. We were in the process of sending out another driver to pick up the car and Welden but he said no thanks and canceled the order. We fully understood his frustration and did our best to make sure he was accommodated as quickly as possible. We have since then taken measures to make sure this does not happen again and I am proud to say that it has not and will not.
