Quote was fine. Wow. That was the begining of a real rip off. The dishonest driver lied about the pickup time. picked up car 3 days late. Never did deliver. Had to drive 300 milels to pick up myself.Driver told me some kind of a lie. Said truck was broke down. called the home office to try and get some of my money back. Was told they would call driver and get back to me. They did and driver lied and said his truck was fine and was out on the road again. AGAIN THIS WAS A LIE. This company is a rip off. Before you ever go with this outfit look around and get a honest company with a good reputation. I shoud have known better. Because I did read all the Negitive feedback on them.THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY ANYONE WOULD WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH> BEWARE SCAM COMPANY>

This customer was not lied to. While his vehicle was in transit the driver's truck broke down. The driver had two haulers and had the customer's vehicle transferred to another car hauler so that the customer would not have to wait for the first truck to be fixed. The customer became impatient after two days and decided to drive three hundred miles to pick up his vehicle, even though the driver was scheduled to drop off the following afternoon. We have apologized to the customer for the delay.
