The lack of communication was very poor. If it wasn't for the seller of the car I bought it from getting the truckers name and number I would of been up the creek. Their dispatcher was quite rude over the phone. The transporter broke down (these things do happen), creating delevery late for pick up. When the vehicle did turn up it came with severe damage to the front end of the car. A classic Mini Cooper. The carrier had lowered the ramp onto the front end of the car creating a crease across the front end of the vehicle. At this point damage costs are coming in any where around $1,500 to $2,500 depending on who does the work and their quality. Complete fault lies with the carrier and the handler of the ramp. Very poor and amauter outfit.
