When working through a broker, I believe there's a reason why a broker is involved - the customer doesn't/shouldn't have to deal with issues that the vendor has with the broker. I believe that's the whole point of a broker. Threatening to hold the customer's car hostage for fees that arose because of actions that the vendor and/or broker were responsible for is just not acceptable. My main issue with O.D transport is that I felt like extra fees were being extorted from me after quote had already be settled on.
