So this was my first time shipping anything across country like most. I researched too many companies, and ended up with Numis, after talking to Vivian. She made me feel comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful, and even after my 25+ emails in the course of a week, she still seemed to be happy, and not annoyed which I would have been by then lol. There was some issue with the actual trucking company they found to transport my car. They were late a few days picking it up, and even delivering it, a few days off. Vivian was in full contact with the transporter 100% of the time, and even though I was getting worried, she took those fears out of me. With Vivian, I'd surely ship again! couldn't have been any easier, and she would ALWAYS get back to me when I sent an email. GREAT JOB!! A+++
