This was the least stressful portion of my move. My broker was amazing and so was Mickey. Both clearly communicated expected next steps and timing to me. Furthermore, Mickey was easily accessible, and very responsive.
However, the driver who delivered in Chicago, refused to meet me closer to where I was staying I had to take a Lyft 25 minutes toward downtown. Should have delivered closer. Overall was a good experience and I would recommend to a friend.
