This was the first time we have ever had to ship a vehicle and was very worried about the whole process. Max from Number 1 was knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to each question we had. He honestly made the process completely painless. He took care of everything. Easy! The driver contacted us exactly when they said they would to give us an ETA on picking up the car. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They also called the night before and gave us a 30 min window on delivery time. He was exactly on time. Truck came in perfect condition and the driver was great. Very happy with the whole process and Number 1 did a great job.
