Words cannot explain how grateful i am to these guys. This is the best tranportation company!! I dont even know where to start.

So, i bought an Audi A5 from an audi Dealership in Nyack,New York. I needed the car transported to Houston before Monday. So on the Thursday before the monday pickup, i sent out request to a bunch of companies and got a lot quotes and phone calls.. The quotes raged from $800 to $1200. I came on this website and searched for each of the company to read their reviews, starting with the cheapest up. When i got done, there were only 3 companies i felt comfortable with. I have to say i was a little bit hesistant at first about Number 1 transport after reading the reviews because everybody gave them 5 star ratings and it jjust seemed too good to be true. But i gave all 3 companies call and told them i wanted my car transported. Same gave me a price of $950, while the others gave me a price of $1200, 1250. They all said they will call me back the next day when they locate a driver who can pick it up. The next day, Sam called me and told me he had located a driver who will pick it up, saying it will take an estimated 3 to 4 days to get the car and that he also made sure my car will be on the top spot. He told me no deposit was required until the car is picked up on Monday. The other two companies did not call me back until sunday and monday morning and they told me they had located a driver to pick it up Monday but will take 7 to 8 days before i can get my car. In addition they wanted a deposit of 200 dollars upfront even before the car was picked up. I told them i had found someone to do it cheaper and they both told me it was impossible to transport it for less than $1100 and whoever tells me that is lying. I decided to go with Sam any way.

When Monday morning came, The Audi dealership called me and told me i cant pickup the car yet because they had not recieved my check from my Bank and they cant release the car until they recieve the check. I called Sam to let him know the update, he told me not to worry, he was going to find me another driver. The Audi dealership got the check Tuesday morning, Sam called me and told me he had found a driver to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. I was soo stunned that he found one that quick when other places told me it will take like 5 days before a driver can be located.. Well, Tuesday afternoon sure enough, my car was picked up. Sam said he will make sure i get the car by the weekend. You wont belieee when i tell you my car came on Friday Morning! 3 freaking days from New york to Houston, in EXCELLENT Condition! Throughout the whole time, Sam calls me everyday and gives me an update on the driver, letting me know if we were still on schedule and all. He kept me updated. I gave him a deposit when the car was picked up Tuesday and gave the rest to driver.

I know i just wrote a book but i feel like i have to be very detailed for people to understand. Sam always picked his phone no matter what time i called, he always made sure he was on it. Words can express how much i appreciate it. And this is not my first car i have bought out of state but this is the best service and i told him i will use the again and i am sending a copy of this to all my friends who are interested in getting a car out of state lol.. Thank You again Sam. I really appreciate it.
