Number 1 was responsive from initial contact through final delivery. Communications was thorough, professional and timely. I appreciated the phone contacts (my preference) at regular intervals letting me know each milestone was complete and transport was on schedule. This was a multi-state transport needed on an emergency basis. we were completely inexperienced with an about transport service prior to this experience and had no idea what to expect. Number 1 was patient in explaining how the entire process wold work and very flexible to our specific needs. Most impressively the car was delivered to the repair shop prior to July 4th holiday allowing mechanic to assess mechnical damage and turn the repair around in a quick fashion.

I would recommend Number 1 to any other prospective customer, especially if you have any reservations in dealing with this type of service due to lack of prior experience.
