This was my first time using this company. I have to say this was a perfect and seamless transaction. The car was picked up early and was here before the expected time. Micky and Sam were great and delivered everything that was promised. I do a lot of dealer trades and have had issues with a few companies on pick ups and cars not getting picked up at all with no updates to make alternate arrangements. With BMW we have a certain expectation on making sure we deliver the ultimate experience to a customer and come through with what is promised. These guys were fantastic and I will continue using them for my dealer trades.....
