Bob informed me of exactly what to expect every step of the way and it was all 100% accurate and true. I had other companies try to lie to me and even try to tell me that what bob promised couldn't be done. But I was confident and decided to trust Bob and I am really glad I did. He got a truck out promptly. Much faster than any other company said they could do and the car was delivered on budget and on time with absolutely no hidden fees or games. The towing company let me know where the car was the entire time and kept me posted every day basically. Would and will use again. Thanks Bob!
