The initial contact with Mickey was courteous and professional. He was reassuring and sincere about making the move as worry-free as possible. I had a previous experience with a different car carrier that made me reluctant to even ship the auto. Mickey's attitude and confidence to do a good job was outstanding. Subsequently, Sam, who actually arranged the transportation, provided written assurances that the car would be repaired if there was any damage. The driver, Jorge, was extremely pleasant and also reassuring that he will take care of the car. Two days later the car was delivered on time and with no damage. I strongly recommend this company when you have to ship your vehicle.
