What Really Goes on At North American Auto Transport
Apparently there is ONE person that works PART TIME (Marlena) in the customer service department! Wow...for a company that apparently leads the auto transport industry, according to their web site. These people make their money off of the $150 deposits they collect from the poor people that attempt to do business with this company of thieves.

I WANT MY REFUND!!

Wow! My story is EXACTLY the same as the other reviews. I contracted this company because they "owned their own trucks, had their own drivers, promised pickup and delivery dates, fully insured". Great sales pitch but when it came down to actually rendering their "great service" they completely screwed me over, took my $150 deposit and NEVER called or returned my calls. I was told they would pick up my car on November 10th. November 10th came and went. I called they said it would be November 12th, their driver was running late and had to take care of the other customers. November 12th came and went. I called and called and no one answered. Finally I got a hold of someone and they said it would be the 13th for sure. No call or truck. I finally called again and got a hold of someone at 4:30 pm - Devon. He said that the truck had problems and that I could pay an extra $350 to get an enclosed truck that would deliver 2 weeks after I needed my car in Denver. I said no but I wanted my refund back. I contracted a price and would not pay more for a delivery date that didn't work for me. Plus, at this point I did not trust these crooks. I asked for a refund request form and it several calls to actually have that sent to me.
I have filled the form out and am still battling everyday with Marlena, the only person in customer service. Apparently their accounting department is only there on Wednesday, but when you try to call someone about your refund no one is available to talk to. You can call and leave all the messages you want...it is a waste of time and breath.

I was forced to drive cross country with my NEWBORN baby and risk our safety because these people are crooks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I think it is hilarious that when I called the company to inform them of all of the complaints against them they said that they are all from one person who is angry because the company is suing them for slander?! Wow, what a coincidence that all of the complaints are similar and from different people!!

I would LOVE to get several people together to take further action against this company. We have a lawyer involved as well as contacted the Better Business Bureau several times...looks like other people have done the same. :)

North American Auto Transport would like to sincerely apologize for all inconveniences caused by our truck. Truck mechanical problems are unfortunately out of anyone's control and we apologize we were not able to meet your timing needs. In most cases of a delay, we are able to have another truck rerouted to pick up within 2 business days. Upstate New York is more difficult for a truck to get into because of winter weather and little volume in this area. Again, we hope you accept our apologies and acknowledge that you have received your full refund.
