On June 23 I put a deposit to transport my car from Florida to Kansas. Until July 6, I didn't get a scheduled pickup date. Everytime I called they told me "it is going to be next week, we will let you know a day or two before the pick-up day". During that period of time, I have been calling, leaving messages many many times, no response whatsoever. One day they told me that they had a scheduled pick-up date, but I have to pay $150 more. WHAT?? So I decided to cancel my order and asked my deposit back. Ruthanne, the Mgr/Director, said that it is going to take 2 weeks for them to review and make a decision. After more than a month they kept telling me " in process". Again, many many emails and messages were never responded. Finally they told me a lame excuse: since there was a pick-up date scheduled for me they cannot return my deposit. COME ON!! They NEVER gave me a scheduled pick-up date before based on the price we agreed upon!! They scheduled a pick-up date for me but I have to pay $150 from what we agreed on the contract!! She told me herself that if I want to stay on the contract price ($850) it could be another two-three weeks to find a carrier. The csr only told me that that's the answer she can give me. So please help yourself there are a lot of other companies that do an HONEST business and good customer service.
