I posted earlier, and expressed my absolute displeasure with Noble Auto Carriers and their inability to perform; poor customer service, highly deceptive practices. Note: The owner contested my post, and I had to send evidence to TransportReviews to have my review reinstated (which I understand). Thank you Transport Reviews, for doing the right thing!
Last week, the owner, Harrison Pomerantz, called me and told me he refunded my deposit several weeks prior, and he couldn't understand why I published such a poor rating. I told him I never got a refund from him. Instead, I recieved an email from him telling me he will not honor my refund request - tough luck. What a Scammer - and he's quite good at it, lot's of practice!
He continued the conversation and wanted me to remove my poor rating of his company. I told him I wouldn't, but I was going to publish additonal poor ratings because of the phone call and his continued assertions of being honest, scamming behavior towards me, etc. He got mad and told me I needed to change my phone number - that my phone would soon be ringing off the hook. Before hanging up, he called me an idiot.
Guess what? He took the information from the order I made months prior, and placed another order on the order boards. My phone began to ring and carriers from all over called to bid on services. Evidently, the order he placed was for the shipping of 20 Harley's. Wow! Can you believe it? This kind of behavior is adolecent, to say the least. Isn't it? Never seen anthing like it . . .
Who does this? This guy is a total LOSER! DON'T USE HIS SERVICES - GO ELSEWHERE! WHAT REPUTABLE TRANSPORT COMPNAY WOULD TAKE THESE KINDS OF STEPS TO IMPOSITION ANOTHER PERSON, OR CONDUCT THEMSELF IN SUCH A WAY? VERY POOR BEHAVIOR. VERY POOR.
The lesson:
I moved from Michigan to Minnesota. Shortly after moving to Minnesota, I was diagnosed with Cancer. I had an operation that left me paralyzed from the waist down. After a year, I can barely walk, and needed my bike shipped in order to put it up for sale. Although I spent two weeks trying to work with Noble, he couldn't perform and I had to use another alternative. You never know when interacting with someone what challenges the other person is facing. As for Harrison Pomerantz, he can be credited for making a difficult situation even more difficult.
Can this man really sleep at night? Really?
