I was directed to NoDoubt as a result of booking through a web-based provider (shipyourcarnow.com). I was looking for last-minute booking pickup within 1-2 days, and delivery within 1-2 days after pickup. I was given many assurances by John Lewis@shipyourcarnow.com, and i am happy to report that all of these promises were kept and fulfilled by both the website provider and the actual transport company, No Doubt Logistics of Rialto CA. The dispatcher Janice took my calls, answered my questions, and provided great support. The driver Daylin showed up the day he was expected, and proved to be a very competent professional. He inspected the car for damage first, then offloaded a couple of other cars to make room on the carrier for my car. I was very pleased to see that he took his time to ensure safe handling, particularly with regards to securing the load for safe travel. I was more impressed that after finishing the loading and the paperwork, before departing, he made a thorough walk-around inspection of his entire rig. Consummate professional trucker/transporter here. I am very pleased with the service. Dealer in Ontario phoned me today to report that delivery was performed on time, and no problems or damage were noted of any kind. To those of you considering using NoDoubtLogistics for your automotive transport, you will not be disappointed. Price paid included $50 priority shipment surcharge.
