WOW, what an experience! I've never had vehicles transported prior and as anyone can imagine , I was very very Leary!! I have 7 Mustangs that I worried about for No reason at all.Thanks to Nitro!
Barbara with Nitro was my point of contact from start to finish and she delivered as promised.
Admittedly, I really didn't want to believe her but my worries, concerns, sleepless nights and more was for not!
I spent a good month acquiring estimates from possibly a dozen transport companies and chose Nitro due to there prior reports with BBB as well as this site. Once my decision was made to let Nitro move my cars I was still unsettled and Barbara stayed consistent and of course so did I. She is very good at her position and eventually I relented and she delivered, no pun intended. She did what she said they would do.

Barbara put me in touch with the actual transport company which was Boston Auto Transport.
Rebecca was my point of contact for Boston and she too, did exactly what she said they would!

The actual transporter arrived on time and to my liking the driver was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, So very careful with my cars. He double and triple checked each and every car to ensure he had them secure and nothing would happen to them, and to him Greg, I say a special Thank you. Greg actually had his 13 year old daughter with him which told me he was a caring special kind of guy.
I believe that actions speak so much louder than words and in today's society as well as our economy, Greg's Actions came in Loud an Clear. He stayed in constant communication with me as to his location and when he expected to be at my off load site.

If ever I had to transport my vehicles again or anyone I know needed the same, I would absolutely tell them to use Nitro.
