I would not use this company again EVER. First off, I was quoted a total of $775 ($175 deposit for Nick's and $600 for the driver) to transport my vehicle. I know now that what they do is low ball the quotes to get you to work with them but then tell you later that there's no way the driver can do it for that price even though they've negotiated with them and brought it down a lot. - LIES!

I called them on a Thursday to have my vehicle transported the next Monday and they told me no problem. Monday comes and I still haven't heard from them so I give them a call in the morning. Each time I got through, I was told they were working on it and that they would call me back in 15 minutes. End of day comes and still haven't heard anything. Call back again and they say they'll call me back in 15 minutes. This went on for 5 days!! I was so frustrated with this company already but they called me back finally and told me they found a driver but he wouldn't pick it up for anything less than $900 and that the driver was leaving soon so I needed to confirm it right away. I did not agree to this because I was already frustrated with them to the point that I didn't even want to use them anymore and it felt like they were playing games and really shady.

I even called another company because I wanted out with Nick's and guess what? All the companies apparently share one national board that the drivers can see and the guy who I spoke to at the second company told me he already saw my vehicle on there with a bid of $900. - THIS IS THE PRICE I NEVER AGREED TO. But it looks like Nick's was already set on that price and never had the intention to keep their word for the $600 at all. I decided to stay with Nick's anyway because it would have taken me more work to get out than to just stay.

Finally I get a call from Les telling me a few days later that they can get a driver to pick up the car for $900. At this point I didn't care anymore and just wanted my car so I agreed. After the car was picked up, I called the driver and he told me he would be there Friday but that he'd call me the day before to tell me what time he was going to arrive just to make sure I was at the drop off location. Thursday comes and I still haven't gotten a call- (See a pattern here?) I called and texted him a bunch of times after the first call and was never able to get through. I was really starting to think my car just got stolen. Sunday comes and someone finally calls me back and tells me the driver can't find his phone and that his truck broke down so it would take a little longer but that he's not sure when it would arrive.

In the end I did get my car.. just REALLY late. But I would not work with this company again because of the overall horrible experience I had. I gave them one star because I had doubts I was ever going to get my car but I did- what a relief.
