Recently I shipped two vehicles from California to North Carolina one a 1965 Classic and the other a 2012 Volvo. Nicks responded via email and called me the next morning. In the same time period I received six other emails from other firms in this highly competitive business. I booked right away with Nicks, signed and returned the documents they emailed to me. I requested a pickup on Sunday or Monday about ten days later and received a call after a few days saying that a transport had been secured. A few days after that, the driver called to confirm a Sunday pick up. The driver was on time for pickup and answered the few questions that I had. Delivery was scheduled for the following Friday and I received a text and phone call from the driver about 7:30 am that day saying that he would be there in 2 hours. The cars were delivered without any issues. I'm not sure all transports go this well but mine was great!
