On 3/27/19 I scheduled a car to be picked up 4/2/19-4/6/19 from Naples Fl to Cooperstown NY. On Friday 4/5/19 I called to see what was happening- (no communication) I was told they still had till tomorrow, they were waiting to hear from a truck driver. Saturday morning I still heard nothing so i started calling only # that someone answered was Sales- i was told to call back Monday - i let them no i was upset. i was called back and texted Saturday they could pick up car Monday - for $300 more. I'm now told it is a bad route.
Why bid the route if it is so bad ?
Why not Communicate not leave the customer waiting ?
Why wait to Saturday to jack the price up ?
