Dropped the Ball Big Time !!

Nex-Day came to me as a personal referral from the BMW dealership where I purchased my cars.
They supposedly give good service to dealers. Be careful if you are a private party shipping only
one car. They were the mid range of our quotes and I gave them weeks of time to p/u the car, as
the delivery date was more critical. I filled out their paperwork, faxed to them and they advised in
writing all was good. I waited to hear the pickup time/date and they said, "working on it", in
writing (emails). One week out from the deliver date, they simply told me they had no one to ship the vehicle !! They totally blew me off. I was in shock! They never picked up the car, never provided the service! They just said sorry, could not find someone to take the car (pickup truck). I have to now go to another shipper, pay more and my daughter is without her vehicle in Ohio. The vehicle is needed for her education. The worst part of this experience, is Nex-Day could care less, it did not phase them at all. I suspect they have a lucrative dealer shipping business and any private party shipping they get is extra and meaningless to them.
