Shipping from California to NY and your car was 2-3 days late? """" ETA ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL 5/21""" correct?.....Before/on/after~ that is the correct definition of ETA. ...It's a truck with 8 other cars on it. Do you think the driver is delivering only your car from Cali to NY for a Grand? That wouldn't cover the gas to Chicago. He has to deal with people along the way some like you and some like me. I understand that it a person delivering it and not There are always factors in a 3ooo mile trip. Weather, fires, traffic, assholes who make drivers wait, sickness and break downs. You probably and if you would have thought as long as you did about an unfair review you would have realized no one lied to you and the driver was CONTRACTED to deliver your car and probably affiliated with his own business. Bobby ships 35-40 cars a day. He depends on grown men to deliver the cars as scheduled. I have never seen a whole company show up with the driver to make ETA's possible.t. Shit it sounds like the fire in Santa Barbara was just "ok" a reason to you but a very obvious sign of why companies give ETA's and not up to the minute delivery dates. There was a fire for God's sake, anything can happen.

Bobby did exactly as he said his company would. Deliver your car on or about 5/21 without it being stolen, damaged or charging you more at the door like some drivers do. ANYWAYS, I just thought you needed to think about what you failed to think about. IT IS PEOPLE BUSINESS AND PEOPLE SCREW THINGS UP!

One last thing....

....Had he delivered it before the 21st your argument says that would be bad as well. You need to open the Dictionary or Thesaurus and get to the E's. Can you give me an ETA as to when you will do this so you can retract your less then fair synopsis of how things work in the Trucking World? Thanks!



You will get the best POSSIBLE service from NEX-DAY but they can not predict wild fires or people slowing down the process.
