Like a lot of you I hauled a vehicle using Nex-Day auto as a broker and have not received payment. I picked it up on March 1st. Delivered on March 2nd and have been told many times by them that I would receive my payment soon. They sent a letter stating that they started paying off old debts and now can not pay their current ones. Now they are not returning e-mails or phone calls and have actually blocked all my numbers. Can anyone on give me any information on how to collect my money? Who is their surety bond through maybe they would pay? Any information at all would be helpful. Thank You.
