but please avoid the agent called Ceaser.
Worst customer service that i've ever had.
He tries to avoid the problems by saying "I have incoming calls that i have to hang up. Thank you" even when I wasn't done with my sentences.

And please ask the confirmation on pick up date with the rate before you pay the deposit.
My car was supposed to be picked up before Tuesday with the rate $820 but if my cars get picked up after, i only had to pay $800.
My car ended up with picked up on Wednesday, yet i had to pay $820 because the carrier, that Ceaser and Kevin booked, had a contract with them. Aren't Ceaser and Kevin supposed to look for another carrier to pick up my car on the requested date?
Only if i had their apologies, i wouldn't be this mad.
THEY ARE BEING LIKE "OH, IT'S NOT OUR FAULT"
